By renting a vehicle from Cruise Fleet, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement.
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation fees.
All drivers must present a valid driver's license at the time of rental. The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 21 years old. Additional fees may apply for drivers under the age of 25.
The vehicle must be returned to the specified location at the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank.
Renter is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage on the rented vehicle. Cruise Fleet provides basic insurance coverage, and additional coverage options are available for purchase.
Renter agrees to notify Cruise Fleet promptly of any mechanical issues or needed repairs. Cruise Fleet will cover the costs of repairs due to normal wear and tear.
The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, off-road driving, or in violation of any traffic laws. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the vehicle.
Renter agrees to pay all fees, charges, and taxes associated with the rental. Additional charges may apply for mileage overages, tolls, and traffic violations.
Cruise Fleet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the rented vehicle.
Cruise Fleet reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if Renter fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the vehicle is rented.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Cruise Fleet reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is the responsibility of the user to review and adhere to the most current version.
